Our Commitment
All of our products are made-to-order and carefully printed when you place your order. This helps us minimise waste and reduce our environmental impact, so we can create beautiful, unique items sustainably.
Please note: Because every item is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we want to make it right.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the defect or damage
We will:
1. Assess the issue with the information you provide.
2. Offer a replacement of the same item or a full refund if a replacement is not possible.
3. Please allow up to 10 days to be notified of our decision. If a replacement or refund is offered the order will be placed or refund processed once you have notified us of your choice. Order deliveries will then be subject to our normal delivery times set out in our Shipping Policy.
Important Notes
• Products must not be altered, washed, or used before reporting a defect.
• Refunds or replacements are only issued for items that are damaged in production or during shipping.
• Shipping costs for replacements may be covered depending on the situation — we handle these case by case.
